Sea Cloud View is progressing steadily. Every structure, detail, and line is being crafted with intention and care.And with each pour of concrete, with each wall taking shape, we are seeing more clearly the kind of life these homes are meant to hold.

The Shoreline

Seafront Living with 7 Rooms Facing the Tide

Situated on the front row of the project, these two villas open directly to the bay—true beachfront residences in every sense.They weren’t built just to offer a view of the sea, but to let the ocean become a seamless part of daily life.

•Layout: 6 bedrooms + 1 multi-purpose rooms, with 778–912 sqm of expansive indoor space. A wide sea-facing layout allows sunlight to move gently through the home—from morning light in the bedrooms to golden reflections by the pool at dusk.

•Design : The architecture doesn’t seek to dominate nature, but to move in rhythm with it. There’s no boundary between the home and the sea—only shared breath and time.

The Grove

A Six-Room Home Built for Everyday Living

The four B-type villas form the core of the Sea Cloud View community. With balanced layouts and smooth spatial flow, they’re not designed to impress at first glance—but to be truly lived in.Without overly dramatic views, they offer instead the kind of calm, grounded space that welcomes daily life.

•Layout: 5 bedrooms + 1 multi-purpose room, 841 sqm of indoor space. Three-story detached villa with private elevator, pool, and spacious terrace. Clear layout, solid structure.

•Design: Built to balance openness and privacy—guided by light and airflow. True comfort lies in simplicity, not complexity.

•Living Scene: Children running in the living room, tea on the terrace, a multi-purpose room for reading or weekend crafts. A home made not to impress, but to quietly support real life.

The Ridge

•Layout: 5 bedrooms + 2 multi-purpose rooms, over 1,000 sqm of living space. The largest and most expansive villa in the project—rich in possibility, open in view.

•Design: Space here is not stacked, but softened. Parts are left open to the sky—not for utility, but for peace of mind. Each level offers quiet corners for solitude.

•Living Scene: Mornings spent watching the sea alone; evenings shared with friends. One room may become a studio, another a meditation space. This is a home for those who value time, stillness, and a life lived with care.

Construction Progress：Currently ~95% complete, now entering interior finishing and detail work.The full spatial structure is already in place.
